Service: Very disapointed, we agreed to ship in express, they invoiced as if it was express as it was a prototype for a potential production. Finally they shipped by sea, made margin on the shipment, package took 3 months to come, way too late to consider a production for summer. Communication was poor, support was poor, they just don't really care.

The customer requested express delivery. After consulting with the logistics provider, we drafted the order under the trade term DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which was agreed upon and paid for by the buyer. We shipped the goods via DPD International Express (Tracking No.: 250803367490396) as per the buyer’s requirements. The logistics records confirm that the goods were signed for and received in France on 07/03/2025 (see Appendix Evidence 1 and Evidence 2). According to express delivery industry standards, a signed receipt signifies successful delivery completion. DPD International Express provides door-to-door service, and this service was fully executed as requested by the buyer.
